Who we are
Gold Star Insurance is an independent, licensed insurance agency in the United States. We act as an intermediary between you and the insurance carriers: we help you compare options, understand them and enroll.
We are not an insurance company, we are not a government entity, and we are not affiliated with the Health Insurance Marketplace or any public agency.
Nature of the information published
All content on this site is general and informational. It is not legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and it is not an offer of contract.
Plan availability, premiums, subsidies and benefits vary by state, age, income and individual circumstances, and may change without notice. Any pricing examples shown on the site, including references to plans from $0 a month, are illustrative and depend on each applicant’s eligibility.
For policies with cash value, such as IUL plans, returns are not guaranteed: they depend on index performance, policy charges and the terms of the contract.
Quotes and enrollment
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us, and does not constitute a commitment of coverage.
Coverage exists only once the insurance carrier issues and accepts the policy. The governing terms are exclusively those of the policy document issued by the carrier; if anything on this site differs from that document, the document prevails.
You agree to provide truthful and complete information. An application with inaccurate details may affect the validity of your coverage.
Use of the site
You may read and share the content of this site for personal, informational purposes. You may not:
- Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to access areas or systems not intended for the public
- Interfere with the operation of the site or its services
- Extract content by automated means for commercial reuse
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, images and videos on this site belong to Gold Star Insurance or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable law.
The trademarks of the insurance carriers mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Third-party services
Some features of the site rely on outside providers: the contact form is handled by HubSpot, the map of our office is provided by Google Maps, and messaging support uses WhatsApp. Each of those services is governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy.
The site may also link to third-party pages. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep the information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Star Insurance will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms at any time. Any change will be published on this page with its corresponding update date and takes effect from that moment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that state.
